• Valid photo ID and signed rental agreement are required.
• A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
• Renter must be 18 years or older.
• All items must be used only as intended and returned in good condition.
• The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or missing parts.
• Car seats and baby equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before each rental.
• The renter is responsible for correct installation and use of car seats.
• Items must be returned clean and on time.
• Late returns or dirty items may result in additional charges.
• Any accident or damage must be reported immediately.
• Car seats involved in an accident must be returned and will be removed from service.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or policy reasons.
