Rentals Rules & Requirements

To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and quality of all baby equipment, the following rules apply to all rentals.


1. Identification & Rental Agreement

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
  • A signed rental agreement is mandatory before any item is released.
  • The renter must be 18 years or older.

2. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required for each rental.
  • The deposit is used to cover:
    • Damage
    • Excessive wear
    • Missing parts
    • Late returns
    • Cleaning if the item is returned dirty
  • The deposit will be refunded after the item is returned and inspected.

3. Use & Responsibility

  • The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
  • Items must be used only for their intended purpose.
  • Equipment may not be modified, repaired, or altered in any way.
  • Sub-renting or transferring to another person is not allowed.

4. Child Safety

  • All car seats, strollers, and baby equipment are inspected, sanitized, and safety-checked before every rental.
  • The renter is responsible for installing and using car seats correctly.
  • We are not liable for improper installation or misuse.
  • If you are unsure how to install or use an item, please ask for assistance before leaving.

5. Cleaning & Hygiene

  • All items are professionally cleaned and sanitized before pickup.
  • Items must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
  • If an item is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

6. Damage, Loss & Accidents

  • Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
  • If the equipment is involved in an accident (especially car seats), it must be returned immediately and will be removed from service.
  • The renter is responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or lost items.

7. Rental Period & Late Returns

  • Items must be returned by the agreed date and time.
  • Late returns will result in additional daily charges.
  • If an item is not returned within 48 hours of the due date, it may be considered lost.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full charge.
  • Rental dates can be changed subject to availability.

9. No Warranty

  • All equipment is rented “as-is.”
  • We provide clean and safe products, but do not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle or child.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse rental if:

  • The equipment may be used unsafely
  • The renter does not meet ID or age requirements
  • There are concerns about misuse or neglect
